i feel like poop
well, the benedryl definitely worked last night. i slept like a rock. i guess i was in bed and passed out about twelve-thirty. i woke up once at seven to let the bug out to pee but i only know that i did that because she wasn't in my room when i woke up and the door was open.
i have a vague memory of walking into the wall in the hall as i followed her down the hallway. of course it could have been a dream, except my shoulder hurts. but i finally woke up at eleven and much as i expected i am groggy as hell and i have a killer headache. this is why i avoid any and all pills that help me sleep.
unless of course they are pain-killers because they come with that nice i can't feel anything float-y type buzz.
so anyway, unless i get desperate to sleep then i plan to stay away from the benedryl. i was hoping to wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed and all that crap. i wanted to feel like i had finally had a good freakin nights sleep. instead, i feel like poop.
