usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i wish, but i'm so NOT doing the other so it's four in the morning and i can't sleep. it was a crazy night at work and i'm still kind of keyed up. for some reason when the lottery reaches 180 million dollars people seem to lose their friggin minds. we had a line backed up around the store just at the friggin lotto machine. people were plunking down one or two hundred bucks on tickets. just give me my five little tickets and i'll be just fine thank you very much. if i had two hundred dollars that i could just throw out the window then i wouldn't need to win the fucking lottery. lol and who on earth needs 180 million bucks anyway? i'm not greedy. i just want a little bit of it. give me a couple mil and we'll call it even ya know? i couldn't spend 180 mil in my lifetime if i did nothing but shop 24 hours a day. i think i could make a damn good dent in it though. :) at least i'd like the opportunity to try. lol but then, who wouldn't? it's funny to talk to the customers sometimes and hear them say what they'd do with it if they won. lets just say that some folks are kind of weird and leave it at that. lol i can only begin to imagine what i'd do. other than pay my bills and my parents bills and help my friends out and buy a ton of land and build a house i guess i'd travel some or something. i'd hire a cook to cook me some nice healthy meals. or even better, just take some cooking classes and learn how to do it all myself because i love to cook and i don't think i'd want someone else in my kitchen all the time. i would hire a personal trainer to kick my ass into shape that's for sure. of course he'd have to be hot but that's a given anyway. lol a girl i work with said she'd quit college and never look back. i was like that's funny because that's probably one thing i would do, go back to school. i really regret not graduating from college. i'd go just to go so i could have the diploma and say, see i did it, even though i didn't have to. ah, dreams are nice aren't they? as jeff's grandmother once said, wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up faster... night. 4:08 am - 21 Jun 2003 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
