usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- druids...early transvestites just got back from driving out to the city to the lawyer's office. so i now have $500 cash in my hands. well, i have money orders, i'll cash them when i get to work. the lady that's renting the house called while i was gone. there is onw other person that has applied for the house but they haven't finished their paperwork or something. she tried to get an employment verification for me but the bank's home office wants me to sign a release saying i give them permission to tell these people i work there. i'm trying to call human resources and explain the situation and hopefully they will let me give permission over the phone or fax them something from work without having to hold this up for another day. if they can get the employment verification done today that will put us way ahead of these other people. and hopefully, *crossing fingers* they will rent the house to us. if we have to split up i don't know what we're going to do with the animals. jennie doesn't have the room for 19 snakes and i'm certainly not carting them to the deedee's house. joey will take the snakes and probably the lizards. he hates iguanas so i don't know if he'll take spike or not. we could always take spike out to the marini's reptile rescue if we absolutely have to. as for the furry mammals i don't know what to do there. i guess we'll figure it out as we go along. i have to go see my dad tonight when i get off of work. i'm planning to go stay about an hour and then come home and bust ass packing as late as i can. i have to work 10 hours for the next 2 days so my time will be limited. of course, i can't call my dad and say sorry, can't come see you tonight because i'm going to be homeless in 3 or 4 days. i went to the dollar general and bought a couple of boxes and super large trash bags to put all our shit into. at least jeff is off this weekend so that will help. i have to work saturday but only for a few hours and then we'll have the rest of the day. well, i must go make more phone calls. suz - i may be on the phone when you try to call back. if i don't talk to you before i go to work, i'll call you tonight. love ya. i don't usually do 2 quotes in one day but i really like this one... _____________________________________ we had the druid. long white robes, long white beards. early transvestites. 11:36 am - 28 Aug 2002 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
