usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- happy saturday! so i'm on my way to the bank, to target to pick up a couple of things and to check my schedule for tomorrow so that i know what time i'm supposed to go in, and to grandma's to seperate out the items that are definitely selling from the items that i am going to relist, and to take some more pictures and catalog some more items to post this evening. then i'm coming home to do (neverfucking ending) laundry. i also need to run to the bookstore and pick up the secret life of bees by sue monk kidd. it is the book that i chose for us to read for february and i promised another girl at work that i'd get it and read it this week and then she could borrow it and read it too. we are having our first meeting on the 26th so she needs plenty of time to get it read. not everyone speed reads like me. lol some people have lives. :P well, i guess i'm off to get my day started. i still have some tweaking to do on the layout, mainly i need to make the archives page match the index page, and i want to work on that this evening. i'm not sold on the folnt color either and i'm thinking that perhaps a different color purple might look better. so if you come by later this evening and things look a little wonky, it's just me messing around. i just realized as i was writing stuff on my calendar (cinderella! forget the prince, she was in it for the shoes!) that i'm a big dummy. i was all excited last night thinking that i was off on the 20th so i would be able to watch the 500, but i'm working that weekend. it's a pay weekend and that is my weekend on the rotation to work. which means it is also my mom's weekend on the rotation to work. so we will both miss it. damn. toodles 10:37 am - 05 Feb 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
