usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- going to take some asprin... last night was so much friggin fun. it's great to see people that you work with who are normally very uptight and by the book get so friggin drunk they can't talk or walk. marinda and i stayed on the sober side of buzzed. we both had a couple of buttery nipples and a smirnoff lime. and then we spent the rest of the night laughing our asses off as the drunk ones said, you do what with that? and, that goes where? we didn't even stay out really late and i was home and in bed by tweleve thirty. we had planned to go see a band after we left the party but we didn't know for sure if they were still playing or not and we didn't want to drive all the way out to where they were just to find out that the show was over. so we voted to call it a night. my head is killing me. i hate waking up with a headache. and no, it is not from drinking last night. one, i'm on day six, yes i said six, of no mt dew. but actually, of the two or three headaches i've had this week i don't think any of them were actually withdrawl headaches. i think it's the weather and my allergies and such. and two, i am starting with my first sinus infection of the year. usually, i get my first si in early september and by early november i'm working on number four or five. but for some reason this year this is the first one which is nice and it's building slowly which is giving me plenty of time to hit the zicam in hopes that it'll be as short lived as possible. so my parent's went out of town for the day so it's just me and the puppies at home today. thank friggin god. you just don't know how long it's been since i was in this house by myself. too friggin long. of course, i have dishes to wash, carpets to vaccum, and a very dirty puppy to wash but i plan to get some nano writing done as well. it'd be a shame if i wasted this perfectly quiet nano day. so i'm out of here for now. i hadn't actually intended to make such a long entry. i had planned to say hi, i'm not hung-over but it was fun and i'll be back later with the details. but, i babbled instead. i will be back later with some more details though. toodles 10:23 am - 06 Nov 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
