usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- no more target for a week did you know, if you google "I work at Target", i am the number one match! woohoo for me! so, vacation time is here and i don't have to go back to work until seven thirty next monday morning. of course, i worked ten hours today, ten hours yesterday, and nine hours saturday trying to make sure that nothing will go wrong while i'm gone. of course, i can't plan for everything but i damn sure tried. i'll spend the next six days worrying. sometimes, it sucks to be obsessive. so i joined a cd club, bmg i think, i don't remember, but anyway, i got six cd's for free and i have to buy like two cd's over the next year or whatever. so my box of cd's came in the mail today which was exciting all on it's own because i love to get mail and packages are even better, even if you know what's in them. so, being the weirdo that i am, all six cd's are tori amos cd's. actually, one of them is a christmas cd in which she sings the little drummer boy which is mama's favorite christmas carol ever and it has a bunch of people singing christmas songs on it. but all the rest are of her.

on strange little girls she covers songs by bands such as velvet underground, the beatles, depeche mode, and eminem. so i guess that's it for now. i'm off to read a bit. i may be back later. i was thinking that there was something else i wanted to say but i just got caught up reading an article about porn and i forgot what i wanted to say. the article was interesting though, it was a behind-the-scenes kind of thing where the reporter interviewed some actresses and producers and stuff. so, anyway, i guess that's it. toodles 8:30 pm - 18 Oct 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
