usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- productive friday good morning dah-lings. why, you may ask, am i sitting here writing a diary entry instead of getting ready to go to work? because i'm slack like that. actually, i just had the overwhelming urge to say hello. so, hello. today is going to be a long day of, well, work. it's going to be hot and sweaty and icky and i'll be covered by dirt and dust and grime within the first two or three hours i'm there. but, at the end of the day i'll be able to stand back and see what i accomplished today and feel good. i love it when i can do that. and the vacation countdown begins... seven and a half hours today, seven and a half saturday, seven and a half sunday, (do you see a pattern here) and, you got it, seven and half monday. and then i'm free of the retail world for six. whole. days. and then it's time to start getting ready for christmas. on that somewhat depressing note i'm off to get ready for work. i hope everyone has a good day. i'm off to be productive. toodles 6:57 am - 15 Oct 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
