usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 month till christmas eek! christmas is exactly one month away from today. this sucks. i love christmas, rilly i do, it's just everything that leads up to christmas that i can't stand. my parents have already bought allen, sierra, and drake's christmas gifts. keep in mind here that they have only met sierra & drake once, and they've never met allen. jeff and i don't have anything for them yet. so last night i asked sierra and allen what they wanted for christmas. allen listed 4 things; a shark stuffed animal, some legos, a pokemon thingy, and some kind of monster thing that when you squeeze him his brains come out of his head and his eyeballs bug out. sounds fun... sierra listed around 30 things, including everything that allen said he wanted and one of everything we have in the living room from my grandmother's swivel chair that jeff sits in to play his video games, to some candles, some cookie jars, and a glade plug-in air freshner. the child is strange. lol my mom is back in mother-in-law mode too. which i guess she enjoys. she always loved jeff back when we were in school together. so she bought him underwear for his birthday. a definite mother-in-law gift if there ever was one. i told her not to get her hopes up about us getting married. i mean, we've discussed it and all, i just don't know if it'll ever happen, and if it does it won't be for a few years down the road. she says she doesn't need a marriage certificate to love jeff like a son which makes me very happy. jeff just called and said he's looking at hooking up the christmas lights that are out front in our trees by the road and the ones that are hooked up on the building. this is strange because he's not a big holiday person. now he's saying we can put up the tree next weekend since it'll be the first of december. originally he had said he didn't want to put it up until the week before christmas. but he knows that holidays and traditions are very important to me so he changed his mind. i love him. =) 3:06 pm - 25 Nov 2001 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
