usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sunday night update i got a lot accomplished today. now it's past time for me to be asleep and i'm not looking forward to work tomorrow. actually, i'm not dreading it either. i'm kind of indifferent about it right now. *shrugs* so tuesday i have to attend the target food safety class at the district office up in glen allen. i've never been there before but my mom has been there a bunch of times back when she used to work for target. so this morning we drove up there so she could show me how to get there so i wouldn't be so anxious about it. it's basically a straight shot up 295 and it was relatively easy to find so i shouldn't have any issues tuesday morning other than making sure i leave on time to deal with the rush hour traffic. class starts at eight and it'll probably take me an hour or so to get there. then class ends at around five. so while we were out we went to kohls to pick up some things mama had on hold. so since pretty much everything in the store was on clearance i got a sweater, a dress jacket thing, a pair of khakis for work and two shirts. oh, and a silver ring and a purse. then we went over to the brandermill target to have lunch at their food ave. they have a grill and they make the best hamburgers. not quite low cholesterol of course but i'm doing pretty well other than the occasional cheat. i've lost over ten pounds in the past two weeks and i'm already feeling better from eating better. anyway, so then we hit the goodwill store on hull street where i bought a computer desk for 15 bucks. it's in good condiditon and i'm going to paint it anyway. so the are holding it for me until tomorrow and when i get off of work i'm heading over to pick it up. i ad to go clean out my car this evening to make sure i would have room. lol i did all my laundry this evening and i actually folded and put away all of my clothes. i know, i'm shocked too. lol well, it's eleven thirty and i should be asleep. hope everyone had a good weekend. toodles. 11:20 pm - 01 Aug 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
