usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- \"i need an animal cracker\" so i just read like 2 months worth of entries in an old friends' diary. i call her an old friend because we haven't had much interaction in the past 6 to 8 months and we were never as close as i would have liked to have been anyway. but i still thought of her as my friend. well, i still do as far as that goes. i miss her a lot. i left her a note in her diary a while back but she never responded. i didn't actually expect her to though, it was a generic note i think. *shrugs* can you really miss a friendship with a person you never met? i think so. oh hell, it's too late, or too early, to be philosophical about things. so super suz and i went to the job fair on wednesday. what a total waste of time. i got up early and jeff drove me over an hour to get to suz's house so that we could go to this thing so that i could talk to one company and get told to go online and fill out an application. and it was firggin blockbuster of all places. there were like maybe 10 companies there and i qualified for nothing except working at friggin blockbuster. and, did i mention, i had to wear a dress AND pantyhose? friggin pantyhose to get told to go online. why can't i just win the lottery? so jeff brought home 2 copperheads last night. asshole. we had a discussion many months ago about venomous snakes but he trots up last night looking sheepish and sierra tells me, daddy's got bad snakes in the bag. asshole. but their out of here tomorrow. joey is coming to get them. they were dropped off at the store, the dude who had them didn't want them anymore and they had to go somewhere. i would just have prefered it if somewhere didn't involve my bedroom. watched 8 mile tonight. didn't suck as bad as i expected it to. wasn't great either, hell, it wasn't even really good. but hey, eminem is hot. of course i got the chamber of secrets on dvd yesterday afternoon. the store hadn't even opened the box yet and i was like, well open it, i want to buy it. and the chick was like, well we weren't going to open it yet. and i was like, it's supposed to be released today, i want it, open it. so they did. yay. we watched it last night when the kids got here and then sierra watched it twice again today. she wants to grow up and be hermione. hell, me too. bj is supposed to be coming over tomorrow. he and jeff had a falling out almost a year ago and now he's decided it's been long enough and he apologized or whatever. it'll be cool to see him again, i've liked him since i met him back in 93. even if he is a prick. he's kind of a nice prick. besides, he's bringing conner and shay over to play with sierra and drake and shay is such a little cutie. and joey is coming to get these damn snakes. i guess i need to clean our damn room because i know jeff will have both of them up here tomorrow and right now it looks worse than if a tornado had blown through here. not to mention the ferrets need cleaning. fun. so i'm out of here. good night, good morning. toodles. ta-ta. adios. later. bye. *waves* 2:22 am - 13 Apr 2003 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
