usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- lonely saturday i lived 28 friggin years without ever seeing a car drive on the wrong side of the road. well, that's if i don't count that time i did it myself but i was in the city and it was 3 am and i was slightly intoxicated and my good ol' hubby was passed out skunk drunk in the backseat and i accidentally turned on the wrong street, but it was only for a block and there was no one else on the road for me to hit head on and kill. but now in the past three days i have almost been hit head on twice by idiots driving the wrong way on one way roads. wtf? so anyway, not a lot to share today other than that. i worked. i came home. brandon either isn't home or is ignoring me cause i haven't talked to him. i went to the bookstore and bought a book and had a taco for dinner, not exactly a low cholesterol dinner i know but i only had one and the hell with it, it was comfort food anyway. now i'm home and i'm fixing to go to bed with my new book and my freshly bathed puppy and i'll get up in the morning and do it all over again. it's not that i really mind not having a life. i actually quite enjoy my life. i mean, it could totally be worse. it's just hit me really hard in the past few weeks that i'm lonely. of course i went through the whole i'm-lonely-thing after jeff and i split but that was more an i'm-lonely-and-i-want-jeff-back kind of thing. now it's more of an i'm-lonely-and-i-want-to-spend-time-with-someone-who's-nice-and-fun kind of thing. but such is life and it goes on and on and on. lol so i hope everyone out there in diaryland is having a good weekend. toodles. edit: okay, this is bizarre. someone found my diary by searching for the words ass cages. wtf is an ass cage? wait a minute. i so don't want to know. *shakes head* it's a scary world out there folks. 9:22 pm - 24 Jul 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
