usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- a sponge on a stick we had a customer today return a mop. when the girl asked her if anything was wrong with it, she replied that nothing was wrong, she just couldn't figure out how to use it. now, this was not some high-tech, new fangled super mop, it was a sponge on a stick. you know what i'm talking about right? you dip the spongey part in water, you squeeze the handle thingy on the, uh, handle, and it squeezes the extra water out and then you mop the damn floor. rinse and repeat. oh yeah, it had instructions for use on the package as well. we have such brillant customers. really. 11:55 pm - 29 May 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
