usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the fedex man is a wimp we had a wonderful thunderstorm here a while ago. there is nothing better than curling up with a good book and listening to a good thunderstorm. well, curling up with someone else would be better, but i do what i can. so, absofrigginglutely nothing is going on in my life. surprised? yeah, me neither. i ordered my dad a guitar stand on (where else?) ebay for father's day. he bought an electric guitar and amp last week and i'm terrified one of the dogs is going to knock it over and break it. or my big klutzy ass. hence the purchase of a stand with a locking ring to hold the neck. it should be here by fedex wednesday which will be fun for all. beavis and junebug strongly dislike our fedex man. our fedex man is completely and totally terrified of beavis and junebug. daddy always gets a good laugh when we have a fedex delivery. so, yeah. i came home and read for a bit to finish up my latest book, dark horse by tami hoag. it was pretty good but once again and i am left with nothing to read. after i finished my book i fell asleep listening to the storm. now i'm missing extreme makeover and the lovely ty. but i just don't feel like sitting in the living room with my folks. they will want to talk to me and stuff. and i don't feel like talking. i guess i'm all talked out after working this week. i just want to be alone for a while. of course, there really is no way i can be. *sigh* one day i will have my own place. with air conditioning and privacy. so, it's eight-thirty and i'm hungry as i haven't eaten since ten this morning. that's not particularly a good thing i know, but it happens. so, i have no idea what i want to eat. i know there isn't anything here that i want. mostly because i don't want anything that involves preperation or cleanup. maybe i'll take rete's suggestion and hit taco bell. yum. toodles 8:21 pm - 15 May 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
