usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i don't mention the S word at all... work was busy today. actually it was busier this morning than this afternoon what with all the folks heading to the race stopping by to load up on coolers and sodas and chips and other assorted race day crap. the day went by fairly quickly which is always a good thing. when i got off i spend an ungodly amount of money before leaving. i got my zyrtec refilled, bought two pairs of shorts, a tank top, a new red shirt, shampoo, deoderant, and advil and spent just over eighty bucks. and that was with my discount. sheesh. i wish i was at the race right now. despite the fact that my headache is still raging. i'd totally just deal with the pain to be sitting at the track right now. i'd seriously give like my right leg. well, maybe my left since it's so damn gimpy most of the time anyway. i think i am going to chug another bottle of water and take a couple of advil and hit the sheets for a little nap. i need an ice pack for my neck and then i'll be all set. toodles 5:03 pm - 14 May 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
