usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my brother my brother is leaving the Marines. i'm not sure when yet, but sometime between when he gets home in june and january, he will no longer be a Marine. he will never be able to rejoin. basically, he's given them eight years of his life. eight long years and he's worked his ass off. it's not like ehy give you any choice on that. lol and now they are jerking him around about his next duty station and such. he thought about it for a long time. he considered all of his options. i know my brother, he doesn't jump into things like this quickly, he weighs every single option first. and after all of that, he has finally decided that he's going to leave and come home. it's going to be a big change and a big adjustment in his life. in all of our lives actually, having him back here after being gone for eight years. i hope that i am able to help him adjust and be here for him the way he has always been there for me, should he need me. and i'm totally fucking excited! toodles 5:49 pm - 31 Mar 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
