usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- mmmm, bbq can i just tell you that i was still doped up like crazy this morning from that shot the doctor gave me yesterday? honestly, i was like high. really high. (rilly rilly) it was kinda funny, actually, everything was funny to me this morning. anyway, but jery laughed at me all morning long. i had a really good day, despite the being drugged up (or maybe because of it?) and despite the fact that today was inventory and it sucked. it took me like five hours to do instead of the usual two because i was doing a "super" inventory. which is count every single solitary thing where i would normally estimate. blah. but i finally got it done and then i cleaned and reorganized my back room because while i was on light duty my stock room went straight to hell. and then it was time to go home. and here i am. the new tori amos cd came out yesterday and mindy brought her copy in from her car so i could listen to it while i did my inventory reports on the computer. and of course it was awesome so i headed back to mm&b as soon as i clocked out this afternoon and bought it for myself. yay me. that is the second dc i've bought myself in the past five days. and i think i deserve it. besides, it was on sale. by the way, mm&b stands for music movies & books. that's target speak for you. we love our initials at tarshay. so, i'm waiting for mama to get home with dinner. we don't know what she's bringing. she called and said she was on her way home with dinner and that it would be good. so, okay... and as soon as i finish eating i'm off to sew. yay. i'm really enjoying this sewing stuff. good times. i'm going to take a few pics of the purses i have finished and the few that are still in progress and i'll try to get them posted tonight or tomorrow afternoon. yay! starting tomorrow i'm back on day shift. i was all happy to be on closing shift but i'm over that now and i'm looking forward to being back on days. i was twenty minutes early for work this morning. i was due in at eight and got there at twenty till. tomorrow i'm due in at eight again and i'm planning to be in at seven thirty. might as well get used to being there ON TIME because i start back at seven thirty next week. i'm out. toodles 4:58 pm - 23 Feb 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
