usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- not sleeping... again so, it's three in the morning and i have to be at work at seven thirty. and i can't sleep. good times. i'm thinking i probably can't sleep because for the past five days i have done nothing but sleep. so, of course, now that i should be sleeping so that i can function at work tomorrow, i'm wide friggin awake. i finished c&tcf a while ago. i mean, it's a kid's book so of course it wasn't going to take me long to finish it. i was hoping that some more reading might help make me sleepy. nope. it's also very very hot in here and i do not sleep well when i'm hot. i already have two fans on and the window is open. but it's hot. my room gets the most sun out of whole house because there is no shade on this end and the bricks hold the heat in forever. and it was very sunny today and in the seventies. and even though we had the doors and windows open earlier today, daddy was cold by three in the afternoon and closed everything up. (except my window ha) and he probably has the heat on. wait. i'm yawning. maybe i can get a couple hours rest. i mean, i shouldn't be all that tired tomorrow (today). after all, i have slept all day long and all of yesterday and so on and so forth. so maybe if i can get to sleep now i can have a little nap and be refreshed when it's time to get up. we'll see. more yawning. hope this is a good sign. toodles 3:12 am - 05 Jan 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
