usmcsis's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the whole world can kiss my ass i just got off the phone with the lady who is going to prcoess my eviction in 12 days. good times. our court date for july's rent is set for tomorrow. i thought it was set for thursday. i sent them $500 like 2 weeks ago in money orders. they sent them back stating that they can't accept partial payments. i still haven't received them back yet. she mailed them to me on the 20th. it is now the 26th. she advised me to appear in court tomrrow, which i will have to miss work to do. however, even if i appear, the judgment will still go against me. at least if i appear, i get an 11 day grace period. so in the 11 days, if i pay the $900 i owe for july, the $900 i owe for august, and the $660 i owe for september, we won't get evicted. hello, if i had $2500 would i be late on my rent in the first goddamn place? i'm pissed because i was given the impression by the rental lady who works here that i could make partial payments on the rent up to the court date. it seems that she and the lawyer had some miscommunication which spilled over into miscommunication with me. on a happier note, i just talked to my dad in the hospital. he yelled at me about 5 different times. he hates hospitals, they haven't hooked up the chemo yet so he's been sitting in his hospital bed for over 2 hours staring at the wall. oh, and of course, he damn near broke his arm trying to answer the phone, which, of course wouldn't have happened if i hadn't called. i have to be at work in an hour and a half and i just want to go back to bed and hide under the blanket for the rest of my life. so, how's your day? 11:48 am - 26 Aug 2002 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
