do i ever say anything important?
so tomorrow jeff is heading over to storage usa to turn in our application. the guy who is trying to get us hired called like twice yesterday and i think he called again today. he has already told his boss about us and he's going to be in town next week and wants to set up an interview with us. basically, if they offer us the job, we're going. like deedee said today, we've pretty much already made up our minds. but god, moving blows goats.
anyway, so the snow is gone. at least around here it is. my parents yard is still covered. most of it melted friday and saturday then the rain on sunday washed the last of it away. that's the kind of snow i like. here and pretty for a day and then gone.
god packing this place back up again is gonna suck so bad. i keep coming back to that don't i? lol i just got this place unpacked and now i'm gonna go shoving it all back into boxes again.
anyway, so i'm on week 4 of my meds and they seem to be working. my mood swings are few and far between. had a bad moment sunday but it's the first i've had in a while. i haven't cried needlessly in weeks. =)
cooked chicken on my new george foreman grill tonight. if you don't have one, i suggest you run out right now and buy one. they rock.
rented bridget jones' diary and watched most of it today. it was pretty good. i just read the book like last month so the differences were very noticeable for me. that and the fact that i was cleaning and doing laundry while it was on. i'm probably gonna have to watch it again before we turn it back in cause i missed some pretty big chunks of it.
rented a knight's tale too. haven't watched it yet. we were gonna watch it tonight but i decided to have a soak in the tub with some bubbles, my ciggys and stephen king. well, not stephen king himself, our tub is way too small for that. i'm reading IT. i have started it like 4 or 5 times since 1994 and never gotten past the 4th chapter, so now i'm on day 4 of reading and i only have about 400 pages left. not bad considering that it is well over 1000 pages. i bought the newest stephen king today so i'm in a hurry to finish IT so i can start the new one.
well, the dryer just quit and i'm gonna go fold some clothes now. gotta run the dishwasher too. night all. love ya ~ me
